Builder

Bonnie co-founded Pinewood Residential after a successful 21 year career with Quadrant Homes, where she most recently was Senior Vice President of Community Development. She brings a wealth of experience to land acquisition, project oversight, permitting, purchasing and strategic leadership.

Bonnie served as a Director on the Board of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA) since 2014, and the President in 2019. In 2016 she was recognized as Builder Member of the Year by the MBA.

Builder

Jeff grew up building homes with his family and in 1990 general contracted his own residence. He went on to build a total of five personal residences before becoming a full-time builder in 2013. Jeff loves the design process, building a team of contractors and watching house plans come to life.

Prior to launching a career in new construction, Jeff spent six years as Athletic Director and Assistant Principal at King’s High School from 2007 to 2013. Jeff thrives at creating a culture of teamwork, positive communication, accountability and excellence.

Construction Manager

John has been building his entire life. As a young carpenter of the 70’s and 80’s he worked beside every homebuilding and remodeling trade, developing his skills and learning the traits of a craftsman. The value of the interaction and coordination between the trades became very clear as the key element to successful completion of any project. Since then, John has completed and warrantied hundreds of homes. Says John, “I now have the opportunity to focus those skills on building beautiful, traditional, and very comfortable homes…one at a time. And for a builder who is dedicated to providing amazing value in a very well-built home. Quality homes, by quality people. I couldn’t be prouder of what we do here at Pinewood Homes.”

Design Consultant

Jennifer has a BA in Interior Design and previously worked for Lindsey Runyon Design. She has an eye for coordinating surfaces whether it be light fixtures, flooring, tile or paint color. A former All State Basketball Player, Jenn continues to compete in local and national tournaments.
